You WILL want a gym. These workouts are meant to be done with standard gym equipment. Members are able to ask for as many exercise and equipment substitutions and modifications as they need, while those who buy the workouts without membership will need to modify as necessary on their own.

The Fitness Spectrum
There’s no shame in rebuilding. Everybody at some point encounters an injury, an operation, or life situations that leave us in a state of defeat, but there is always opportunity to improve, room to grow, and progress to be made. The Level 1 (“Pump”) program is designed for most deconditioned individuals to help them regain the lost control, range of motion, and strength needed to play paintball. For those with more specialized needs, you can train directly with Coach Crane through his online personal training brand: Do What You Can’t.
Amateur-level training is for those with no movement restrictions, full use of their body, but who haven’t followed a progressive training program for a minimum of one year. The Level 1 or 2 training program from Play Better Paintball will guide you through the movements you should be doing, at the appropriate intensities, so that your entire body becomes conditioned to serious training for paintball.
Advanced athletes have learned the value in professional programming. They know how hard it is to break plateaus, set new PR’s, and keep their training effective when they’re doing everything themselves. Advanced athletes are well-versed in all major movement patterns, know what their bodies are capable of, and have at least a couple years of highly consistent training under their belt. Intense exercise programs like the RAMP (Level 3) or better yet, a custom training program from a professional coach are critical to producing ongoing results at this level.
